Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse services, violate laws, introduce malware, reverse-engineer applications, or use services to compete with the provider.
Limitations of Liability
Services are provided as-is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim, except where required by law.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Disputes should be addressed informally first. Governing law: Ghana. Venue: Courts of Ghana unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
